With this in mind our coaches bring a broad base of expertise that benefits military personnel, small business owners, executives, commissioned sales, public speaking, career development, life and family, and many other areas. These services include one on one coaching, group coaching, corporate training, and professional retreats. Many of our coaches are also published authors and we offer these resources, as well.
From day one I was born in an entrepreneur family. Through the years my six brothers, two sisters, and I worked in many facets of the family lumberyard business. After completing a 2 year degree in Architectural Design, I went to work for a mechanical / electrical engineering firm in Sioux Falls for 5 years. During that period of time I became ACE certified as a personal trainer and worked part-time at a local gym. At this time I discovered my passion of helping others achieve their fitness goals.
In 1996, I started my own health club business. During the 12 years of operating my business, I gained a wealth of experience. Many of my workout clients were small business owners who also looked to me for business advice. Eventually, I expanded my client sessions into more of a life coaching / goal setting format, which became a natural fit for me.
With each passing year it became more evident that God was grooming me for a new role. In 2007, I sold my fitness business and transitioned to business / personal coaching. Over the past few years, I have coached a large variety of entrepreneurs with service based businesses. When partnering with my clients, I enjoy using my creative thinking skills to help take their business and personal life to another level.
Through business ownership, I have also experienced the same fears and challenges as you. Maintaining balance with your business, health, family, and spiritual life can be even more challenging. But you can maintain harmony in all areas of your life with the right systems, the right priorities and the right focus.
God has blessed me with my beautiful bride Tanis and three adorable children (two boys and one girl). We love laughing and creating memories together. Our love and commitment for Jesus Christ is the staple we live by

When I was 22 I read “Think And Grow Rich”. Two months after I did Napoleon Hill ‘s exercise on setting intensions: “I intended to have $20,000 by my 23rd birthday through my writing,” I received an unexpected inheritance check in late April for, you guessed it: $20,000! This began a lifelong study of how to set targets and recognize and enjoy more good in life. Soon afterwards I formed my coaching business ScriptingForSuccess.com which has helped myself/ clients reach specific measurable, emotionally positive targets. This included landing ideal jobs, quickly finding an ideal home/ or office, meeting my dream come true business partners, having a Hollywood agent meet me in LA, sitting on business superstars marketing panels next to the very people that were on my dream speaker list, helping clients get expensive, bogus legal cases thrown out. These tools also help me with the loss of my identical twin, deal with scoliosis back pain, attract my 30/30 man now husband, hang glide three times and travel to 20+ places in North America, Europe and Indonesia.
In the resources below, I’m sharing with you three powerful gifts that have been key to Scripting For Success! 1. An introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which has done wonders to clear anxiety, fear, mental and emotional blocks around money, illness, traumatic events, PTSD, breakups, moving forward, you name it. You can actually measure the stress melting away in minutes! 2. Gift two is a free chapter download to my co-authored book MINDSET MASTERS: "7 Steps to Transform Debt Into Abundance: Through Forgiveness Mental Tithing and Meditation". 3. The third gift is a free 30 minute "Jump Start Your Remarkable Legacy Now!" phone strategy session with me to answer any questions you may have about the above Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and transforming debt into abundance tools. By the end of the call you’ll uncover what’s sabotaging your success and have a clear vision about the next steps to take in your career! And I have to share a BONUS gift. It’s a very upbeat interview I did with Directional Motivation founder, Russ Hovendick! Enjoy!
